2.1. When You place an order through our Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected Products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
2.2. You will receive an order confirmation via email and/or mobile SMS once your order has been accepted by Pragyatt. This email may take upto of 24 hours. We start making a Product once we confirm Your order.

3.1. We make every effort to ensure that the Product descriptions and prices on the Website be as accurate as possible in the description of the Product and is up-to-date. However, Pragyatt does not warrant that the product description, colour, information or other content of the Website is error-free. Additionally, there may be slight changes in the colour, appearance and feel of the materials due to the inherent nature of the raw materials. Further, the appearance of the Products may vary slightly depending on the monitor and screen display You are using. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.
3.2. We list availability information for the Products on the Website. Prices and availability of the Products and services provided or offered on the Website are subject to change without prior notice and at the sole discretion of Pragyatt. Since Pragyatt is an eco-conscious fashion brand and Our aim is to minimize wastage, You may not get the same raw material in Products every season.
3.3. Pragyatt is committed to lessen the burden on mother earth and hence, does not maintain inventories. We will start processing and producing Your order only after We send You a confirmation message. Therefore, please note that dispatch estimates are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon as such.
3.4. As We process Your order, You will be informed by e-mail and/or mobile SMS if any Products You order turn out to be unavailable or out of stock.
- Payment Policy
4.1. Payment is an integral part of an online shopping experience. All payments on the Website shall be collected through secured payment options.
4.2. All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (“INR”). Prices may be subject to taxes, shipment fees, import duties, or customs fees, which are the sole responsibility of You. However, please note We provide free shipping for all domestic orders.
4.3. Pragyatt accepts payments through all Credit & Debit Cards, including but not limited to, Visa, Master Card. You will be redirected to Your issuing bank's site, where You will have to follow the instruction to complete the payment.
4.4. You can also make payment for an order by using Your Net Banking account. You will be redirected to Your bank's website where You will be able to make payment after entering in Your login id and password that is known only to You.
4.5. Pragyatt also offers standard Cash on Delivery option for a minimum order value of INR 3000/- (INR Three Thousand Only). Pragyatt reserves the right to withdraw or block or limit Your purchases using Cash on Delivery basis transaction history.
4.6. Once You have placed an order through Cash on Delivery, You will receive a message on email/mobile phone from Us seeking confirmation of order placement from You. Pragyatt is a small home-grown brand and Our aim is to reduce wastage and thus, we do not maintain inventories. We will accept and process Your Order only after receiving confirmation from Your end. In case You do not collect the order on first delivery, We will try to contact You again to initiate re-attempt of delivery of the Product.
4.7. Payment issues - Payments can sometimes fail or remain in the pending stage. Some of the reasons could be:
4.7.1. Incorrect card and/or net banking details.
4.7.2. Card may be blocked, or card details are no longer valid or need to be updated.
4.7.3. The page is accidentally closed or refreshed, or backspace is pressed while the transaction is being processed by Your bank.
4.7.4. Technical error arising due to failure of connection between Website and Bank.
In case of such payment issues, try placing the order again in a short while or contact Your bank or issuer for technical assistance. Pragyatt is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused to You when making payment or for any wrongful debits to Your cards or net banking accounts.

Cancellations, Refund And Returns
5.1. We reserve a right to accept or reject orders placed through the Website. At Pragyatt, as a step towards conscious evolution of fashion We produce made-to-order and made-to-measure Products only after We receive Your order. This is our little effort to minimise wastage of resources while providing You with a premium service and We thank you for supporting the cause. As part of Our policy, orders once placed for customised/made-to-order Products will not be cancelled/returned/exchanged and no refund will be paid on these orders as these orders are specially made for You.
5.2. Pragyatt holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued for any Product.
5.3. Return & Exchange:
5.3.1. We accept returns and exchanges for only standard sizing Products that are subject to manufacturing defects. If You receive a defective product, please contact Pragyatt via email i.e. support@pragyatt.com within 2 (two) days of receiving Your order to initiate the return or exchange process.
5.3.2. We do not offer return of clothing Products in case of sizing issues. Please refer to the Measurement Guide before ordering any Product from our website. We at Pragyatt ensure that every Product is made to perfection as per Your size, style and choice.
5.3.3. Lifestyle, home décor and accessories, including but not limited to, bags, photo frames and candle sets are strictly non-returnable.5.3.4. In case of exchange, replacement of a Product is subject to availability of stock. If a Product is out of stock, You will receive store credit in lieu of the Product.
5.4. Procedure for Returns & Exchange:
5.4.1. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the Product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.
5.4.2. To initiate return or exchange, please contact Pragyatt on support@pragyatt.com and provide Your order details. Additionally, You must provide a photographic or videography proof of any such manufacturing defect.
5.4.3. If the return or exchange is approved, We will provide instructions on how to return the Product.
5.4.4. The cost of return shipping for defective Product will be covered by You. In case of returns, We will provide You with store credit that will be visible on your account within 7 (seven) working days.
5.4.5. Store credit will be valid upto 6 (six) months.
- Shipment and Delivery
6.1. All Products will be dispatched within 7 (seven) business days from the date of confirmation of Your order. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, the dispatch of Your order can take up to 10 (ten) business days. You will be intimated via email or mobile SMS upon dispatch of the order. Once the order is dispatched, Your delivery will normally take upto 5 business days for domestic order and upto 30 days for international orders.
6.2. You may be subject to import duties that are levied once the package reaches Your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by You; Pragyatt has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, You should contact your local customs office for further information.
6.3. In case of delay in shipment or dispatch of Your order, You can contact Pragyatt via email and/or mobile phone.
6.4. Delivery timeframes are just estimates and are not guaranteed delivery timeframes and should not be relied upon as such. Deliveries to certain locations may take longer than expected due to accessibility of the location and serviceability by the logistics service provider.
6.5. Multiple Product Orders
6.5.1. In case You order multiple Products in one transaction, Pragyatt would endeavour to ship all Products together. However, this may not always be possible due to some Product characteristics or logistical issues or and You may receive the Pproducts separately and at different times.
6.6. Make Your Own Orders
6.6.1 Pragyatt offers customisation for Products such as bags and clothing. Dispatch and delivery of such orders will depend on each Product and the same will be communicated to You by Pragyatt.
